Materials are checked for thickness, surface condition, color tone, strength, and suitability for the required production process.

Pre-Press & File Review
Artwork files, dielines, dimensions, bleed areas, folding lines, color references, and finishing positions are reviewed before production.

Printing Accuracy Control
Color consistency, registration accuracy, ink coverage, image clarity, and Pantone or brand color matching are monitored during printing.

Finishing & Surface Review
Lamination, UV coating, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and varnishing are checked for alignment, adhesion, cleanliness, and finish quality.
