Box Structure Guide
A tuck end box is the classic folding carton for lightweight retail products. Top and bottom flaps tuck into the carton, making it efficient to print, die-cut, ship flat, and pack at scale.
Structure Overview
Straight tuck cartons close with top and bottom tucks facing the same direction for a cleaner front panel. Reverse tuck cartons close in opposite directions and are often selected for cost-efficient production. Both depend on flap geometry, crease quality, and product weight.
Typical Applications
Customization Notes
Choose straight tuck when shelf presentation and front-panel alignment matter most. Choose reverse tuck when speed and cost efficiency are the priority. Windows, hang tabs, inserts, foil, spot UV, and soft-touch finishes can be added around the product position.
