Box Structure Guide

Auto-Lock Bottom Box

An auto-lock bottom box is a folding carton with a pre-glued base that locks into shape as the carton is opened. It improves packing speed and gives the bottom more support than a basic tuck-bottom structure.

Structure Overview

Pre-Glued Auto-Lock Bottom

The carton is delivered flat with the bottom panels already glued in a lock pattern. When the packer squares up the box, the base snaps into position, creating a faster setup and a more stable platform for products with extra weight or point load.

Typical Applications

  • Heavier retail products
  • Faster packing lines
  • Cosmetic jars and bottles
  • Supplements and small appliances

Customization Notes

Use this structure when labor speed and bottom strength matter. Check product weight, board grade, glue tolerance, crease accuracy, and whether the top closure should be tuck top, windowed, or paired with a display-friendly front panel.
