Box Structure Guide
A lid base box is a two-piece rigid structure made from a separate removable lid and base. It keeps a clean premium silhouette, protects higher-value products, and creates a slow lift-and-reveal presentation.
Structure Overview
The base and lid are usually formed from greyboard or chipboard and wrapped with printed paper, specialty paper, or fabric-like finishes. The lid can cover the full base or only part of it, depending on the desired opening feel, protection, and shelf appearance.

Customization Notes
Confirm product fit, board thickness, lid depth, and insert style early. For glass bottles, jewelry, or gift sets, a paperboard, EVA, foam, molded pulp, or fabric-wrapped insert can keep the product centered and improve the reveal.
